Understanding how a customer relationship is really doing has always meant piecing it together — checking invoices in one place, project status in another, revenue in a report somewhere else. Customers changes that. You now get a single, consolidated view of every customer you manage — each with a live health status, a revenue rank, and a profitability rank, all in one list.
The result: a fast, directional read on who needs attention first, and an early warning on the accounts that need it.

Each customer row carries a health indicator, flagging accounts At risk based on signals like overdue invoices, unbilled work, and at-risk projects — so issues surface before they become bigger problems.
See at a glance where each customer stands on revenue and profitability, with trend arrows showing whether they're climbing, falling, or holding steady.
