Managing employees has always meant jumping between different places to find the basics. The new Employees page changes that. You now get a refreshed, consolidated view of every employee in your organisation — each with a full record of their contact details, organisation, employment, and competencies accessible in one click. Custom Views let you slice and group that list however your team works best.
The Employees page replaces the previous Employee overview with a cleaner layout that is faster to scan. The list shows name, title, email, phone, and department at a glance — and clicking any row opens the full employee record without leaving the page.
Click any employee row to open a side panel with their full details, organised into focused sections:
Absence indicator: If an employee is absent today, their expected return date is shown at the top of the panel.
Filter and group your employee list to match how your organisation works. Save a view for yourself or share it with your team so everyone works from the same starting point.

The new Employees page is rolling out gradually to all customers. Access appears automatically as the rollout reaches your account — if you don't see it yet, it's on its way. Resource Planner customers will additionally see the Competencies section in the side panel.
