How does TimeLog’s pricing work?
You can start on a free 30-day trial version of TimeLog.
After 30 days, you will be required to select a plan, contact our sales team or automatically end your subscription.
You can select either a yearly payment plan with a 10% discount or a monthly plan with no discount. Prices differ depending on the tier and whether you need to use TimeLog to create invoices based on data in TimeLog or not. All licenses within a company follow the same pricing plan.

How do I stop my free trial?
Your free trial automatically stops if you don't confirm your plan within 30 days.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Signing up for a free trial version of TimeLog is free and doesn't require any payment details or credit card.

How secure is TimeLog?
Protecting the data, you trust to TimeLog is our number one priority.
We have ISAE 3000 and 3402 declarations as guarantee that our processes and security are of the highest standards.
Our data is hosted at Global Connect's data centre in Taastrup, Denmark and undergo constant surveillance. Global Connect is a Tier 3 supplier and has all necessary ISO27001, 9001, 000 and ISAE 3402 (+type 2) certifications.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Dankort, VISA and MasterCard) for monthly subscriptions. For quarterly/yearly payments you can pay by credit card or invoice.

If I need to change number of licenses. How will that work?
You can buy or remove licences and modules under My TimeLog account within TimeLog. Removing licenses takes effect in the subsequent payment period.

What if I want to change my plan?
Contact our Customer Success team and they will help you move to a new plan. You do this by emailing support@timelog.com.

Do TimeLog offer discounts to non-profit organisations?
Yes, we are huge fans of NGOs and schools, so naturally we offer substantial discounts. Contact us for a quote.

Do you offer TimeLog as an on-premise solution?
No. To offer you the best in terms of security, data safety and the latest updates and features, TimeLog is a dedicated cloud solution, and we don't plan to offer a locally hosted solution.

Can I pay monthly?
Yes, you can choose to pay either monthly or annually. You can only pay by credit card if you choose to pay monthly.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Your TimeLog responsible can cancel your subscription by e-mailing your account name to support@timelog.com. For a monthly subscription, you need to cancel no later than the day before the next invoice period takes effect. For annual subscriptions, you must cancel at least 1 month before renewal. We don't charge a fee for terminating your account.

What is your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds, if you chose to terminate your subscription before the end of your current payment period.
