Introducing the Front Page Widgets, a dynamic new feature designed to give you complete control over your TimeLog dashboard. This enhancement allows you to customize your front page, ensuring that the most relevant information is always at your fingertips.
Simplify Configuration: The user-friendly interface makes it easy to rearrange your widgets. You can customize your front page in just a few clicks, ensuring that your dashboard evolves with your needs.
Real-Time Updates: Widgets are automatically updated in real-time, ensuring that you always have the most current information at your disposal.
With Front Page Settings and Widgets, you can choose from a variety of widgets to display the information that matters most to you. Available widgets include:
Vacation Balance
This widget displays your accrued and planned vacation days for the next2 months. It shows if you have enough vacation time to cover your future plans, considering the vacation you accrue, what you have spent, and what you plan to take.
Time Tracking Delay
This widget shows how many days pass from when hours are incurred until they are registered. The delay is calculated per month, giving you a fresh start every month. An icon indicates the trend compared to the previous month, and motivational messages are displayed based on the company's target for tracking time with minimal delay.
Project Overview
Provides a summary of ongoing projects, including key metrics such as project status, budget usage, and upcoming deadlines. This widget helps you keep track of project progress and important milestones.
Task List
Shows a list of tasks assigned to you, including their status, due dates, and priority levels. This widget helps you stay organized and manage your workload effectively.
Planned absence
Shows you, the project manager, at a glance which of your resources are unavailable due to planned absence.
Project tasks completion
Shows you, the project manager, budgeted vs registered hours on a project. The completion rate is the difference between these two.
