The latest Outlook integration introduces a streamlined approach to time registration by connecting Outlook calendar events directly with TimeLog. Seamless Login and Broad Compatibility
Users can now log in using their existing company credentials through Single Sign-On (SSO), eliminating the need for separate login details. The integration is compatible with Outlook on Mac, the web, and the new desktop version. Mobile support is not yet available.
Smarter Time Registration from Outlook
When a meeting is opened in Outlook, users can access a side panel to link the event to a customer, project, or task in TimeLog. The integration also supports mapping to specific tasks or absence codes, which are automatically posted to the time registration system. Key meeting details—such as start date, time, and title—are pre-filled in the registration form to streamline the process.

Support for Recurring and Future Events
Recurring meetings are handled efficiently by applying the same registration settings across all instances in the series. For future events, time registrations are created automatically at midnight before the scheduled workday begins, ensuring timely and consistent tracking.
Accurate and Flexible Time Tracking
The integration uses one-way synchronization to transfer calendar events to the timesheet. Any changes made in Outlook are instantly reflected in TimeLog, maintaining up-to-date records. The system calculates event duration automatically, while still allowing users to adjust the actual time spent—supporting accurate billing and project reporting.
